1About Zenkai
Zenkai provides an AI-powered front-office platform for service businesses. The service includes answering inbound customer calls, capturing job and customer information, and—where authorised by the user—creating jobs or records in connected third-party platforms such as Jobber.
2Use of the Service
By using Zenkai, you confirm that:
- You are authorised to act on behalf of the business you connect to Zenkai.
- You have permission to connect any third-party accounts you authorise through the platform.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of information captured and submitted through the service.
3Third-Party Integrations
Zenkai may integrate with third-party services (e.g. Jobber) at your request. These integrations are optional and initiated by the user through an authorisation process (OAuth).
Zenkai does not own, control, or operate third-party platforms and is not responsible for their availability, functionality, or changes.
4Data Handling
Zenkai processes data only as required to deliver the service, including capturing customer contact details and job-related information provided during inbound communications.
Use of data is governed by the Zenkai Privacy Policy.
5Availability & Changes
Zenkai is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time.
6Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zenkai shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or connected third-party platforms.
